Why Choose Embroidery?

Because you want a professional, classic look on polos, jackets, sweatshirts, etc. Embroidery is most often used for stitching company or team logos onto apparel. It is also used for adding names to garments such as jackets.

MINIMUM QUANTITY

The minimum number of garments we embroider with a design is six. The minimum number we embroider with just a name is one.

PRODUCTION SPEED

Average production speed is two weeks. Large volume orders or peak seasons may require more time.

COST FACTORS

Buying a higher number of garments makes the price go down. Making your design larger (adding more stitches) makes the price go up. Custom logos require an embroidery pattern (setup).

IMAGE LAYOUT

Standard adult design size is 11" wide x 12" high. However, items such as pockets, zippers and laces may reduce that size.

FINISHING TOUCH

Standard embroidery threads are typically soft and flexible. Metallic threads are a bit rougher.

CARE GUIDE

Launder in cold water on regular cycle. Dry on medium heat.

FEATURED EMBROIDERY SPECIAL

Yes if it's a name or number (personalization). Otherwise, the minimum for embroidery (designs or other text) is 6 garments.
The cost is dependent on many variables: the number of imprint locations, size of your design and the number of garments in your order. The variables that affect embroidery cost the most are:
1. The number of garments in your order and
2. The size of the design being embroidered.
Each location you would like to embroider requires additional time and setups. However, the cost of an additional location is usually quite inexpensive. If you are interested in printing more than one location, it's worth checking into. However, if you are trying to stick to a tight budget, we recommend reducing the number of print locations to just one position.
We only require a deposit of half down at the time you place your order and the balance isn't due until the order is finished. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express so if you've already received a quote from us, you could call in your payment over the phone. Super simple!
To find out more about our preferred file types, please view our artwork specifications page. If you do not have artwork in the preferred formats, don't worry; we can redraw whatever you need even if you drew the concept on a napkin.
Sure. Let's say you have a company where the sales staff will be in a royal blue polo shirt and the laborers will be in a light blue sweatshirt. We can do that as long as it is the same design and thread color on all of the shirts. If you decide to change the thread color for the second group of shirts, or even for every shirt, we can do that. The extra labor time will be built into the price of each shirt overall.
Yes, if you order six or more garments with the same embroidery design, we will create a proof and email it to you for approval so you can make sure everything is just right before we even start.

If you order a name or number on less than six garments, two stock font options will be made available and no proof will be sent.
