Because you want to print a design with many colors (such as a photograph) but there is no white ink needed for your design. You also want to print onto white or very, very, light colored shirts that are at least 80% cotton or more. Although we call it Level One Digital Printing, it is more widely known as DTG or Direct-to-Garment printing.
The minimum number of garments we print with this process is six.
Average production speed is seven working days or less. Large volume orders or peak seasons may require more time.
Buying a higher number of garments makes the price go down. Making your design larger (using more digital ink) makes the price go up.
Standard adult imprint size is 13" wide x 15" high. However, items such as pockets, zippers and laces may reduce that size.
Level One Digital Printing feels just like you're feeling your shirt without anything on it. In other words, you can't feel it at all.
Launder inside-out in cold water on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.
The font you choose for your design will convey a feeling about your message as much as the logo itself. Unified colors and fonts come together to deliver a clear message. Mismatched fonts convey confusion, or even worse, the wrong message to your audience. Our graphic design team will guide you in the right direction if you lose your way.
