Why Choose Digital Printing Level One?

Because you want to print a design with many colors (such as a photograph) but there is no white ink needed for your design. You also want to print onto white or very, very, light colored shirts that are at least 80% cotton or more. Although we call it Level One Digital Printing, it is more widely known as DTG or Direct-to-Garment printing.

MINIMUM QUANTITY

The minimum number of garments we print with this process is six.

PRODUCTION SPEED

Average production speed is seven working days or less. Large volume orders or peak seasons may require more time.

COST FACTORS

Buying a higher number of garments makes the price go down. Making your design larger (using more digital ink) makes the price go up.

IMAGE LAYOUT

Standard adult imprint size is 13" wide x 15" high. However, items such as pockets, zippers and laces may reduce that size.

FINISHING TOUCH

Level One Digital Printing feels just like you're feeling your shirt without anything on it. In other words, you can't feel it at all.

CARE GUIDE

Launder inside-out in cold water on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.

FEATURED DIGITAL PRINTING (LEVEL 1) SPECIAL

The minimum order for digital printing (level 1) is 6 garments.
The cost is dependent on many variables: the number of imprint locations, size of your imprint and overall quantity of garments. The variables that affect print cost the most are:
1. The quantity of garments being ordered and
2. The size of the design being printed.
Each location you would like to print requires additional time and setups. However, the cost of printing an additional location is usually quite inexpensive. If you are interested in printing more than one location, it's worth checking into. However, if you are trying to stick to a tight budget, we recommend reducing the number of print locations to just one position.
We only require a deposit of half down at the time you place your order and the balance isn't due until the order is finished. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express so if you've already received a quote from us, you could call in your payment over the phone. Super simple!
To find out more about our preferred file types, please view our artwork specifications page. If you do not have artwork in the preferred formats, don't worry; we can redraw whatever you need even if you drew the concept on a napkin.
Sure. Let's say you have a bachelorette party where the bride should be in a white shirt and the rest of the party should be in pastel pink shirts. We can do that as long as it is the same design and ink color on all of the shirts and all of the shirts are made of at least 80% cotton or more. If you decide to change the ink color for the second group of shirts, or even for every shirt, we can do that. The extra time will be built into the price of each shirt overall.
Yes! We will take your final design and add it to a digital simulation of your garment and email it to you for approval so you can make sure everything is just right before we even start.

Creative Stock Fonts:
Make your design or logo come alive.

The font you choose for your design will convey a feeling about your message as much as the logo itself. Unified colors and fonts come together to deliver a clear message. Mismatched fonts convey confusion, or even worse, the wrong message to your audience. Our graphic design team will guide you in the right direction if you lose your way.
